“Heath is a true example of walking your talk! He epitomises everything he recommends to clients and is one of the fastest workers I know. And his yoga is not to be missed!” - Amanda, founder and director of CHRYSALIS HEALTH

Additional

A ROLF session hosts many benefits which will leave you breathing fully, and feeling lighter and more aligned in your body. Two ROLF sessions will make a dramatic improvement in your walking ability. A mini course of 3 ROLF sessions during a detox week and you will be taller, more elastic and feel more relaxed.

Not only is the ROLF method good for improving the posture and function of the body, but it is also powerfully effective at neutralising pain, whether that be in one’s back, hip, neck, jaw, wrists, head, feet, etc.

Rolfing does not involve adjustments to bones (like an osteopath or chiropractor might do) but rather is based on loosening connective tissue (fascia) thus allowing the bones to happily find their own realignment.

One of the reasons that the ROLF method is so powerful is due to its ability to deal with the cause of skeletal misalignment, namely misaligned fascia.
