Our detox clients experience the best of both worlds, with access to Crieff Hydro’s luxurious Victorian Spa for the ultimate in relaxation combined with on-site detox facilities and therapies being provided in our very own detox 'village'.

Our expert nutritionists will help to guide you through your experience and a host of guest therapists are invited should you wish to pamper yourself or support your healing journey with other relaxing or transformational therapies.

Your retreat combines our most powerful cleansing juices, superfoods and supplements, used to create great results, fast! Twice a day in the comfortable surroundings of the lodges you will hear from the expert team on every aspect of your detox and you will also enjoy yoga for all levels and daily workshops.

We arrange all transport to and from Edinburgh city centre and during your stay with us.

Our easy to follow pre-cleanse guide contains details of how to prepare your body and mind for detoxification. It will also help you understand whether you should prepare your body through supplements or whether you should consider additional medical tests in order to maximize the benefits of the detox - this is dependent on your medical history and personal preferences.

When you arrive, you will receive our retreat Detox Pack which includes a natural skin brush, enema kit, travel size organic skin care pack and full guide to your week.
