The Chrysalis team are now going to deliver the unique managed detox programme from the sumptuous surroundings of Grayshott Spa in Surrey.Your first few days and the last day of the retreat will be a chance to experience the gastronomic delights of Grayshott Spa - albeit with a detox twist!

We call this your 'pre' and 'post' detox days and you will have the chance to learn about cooking, principles of nutrition and body cleansing. When your main detox starts on Monday, day 3 of your week long stay, you will enter into the more intense phase of the programme where you'll be taken through a daily regime of juices, therapies and colon cleansing with your support team on hand every step of the way. Twice a day you will hear from the expert team on every aspect of your detox.

As your detox week progress you will begin to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of the experience.The educational programme of the week covers subjects such as obstacles to weight gain (and how to overcome them), reducing the affects of stress / anti-ageing techniques and eating / exercising for your body type. Detox specific education is based around learning how to boost the function of the liver, digestive system and other body-focused techniques that help keep your system running optimally. Each guest will be given a BEST vitamin and mineral test and food intolerance analysis as part of the package. A comprehensive package of treatments are also included in the programme.
